About the Role This is a customer service and operations role where you handle inbound enquiries, provide quotes, and help book car transport jobs across Australia. All leads are generated through marketing activity, and there is no cold calling required. Your role is to quickly understand customer needs, assess each job properly, and make smart commercial and operational decisions to convert enquiries into bookings.
